Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln born on February 12, 1809,

was the 16th President of the United States, serving from March 1861 until his assassination in April 1865.Lincoln attended  School in Kentucky for short periods. He also attended Schools in Indiana. Altogether his schooling did not amount to one year. Lincoln was largely self-educated. He learned grammar after he was 23 and had left the home 

    Thomas Edison

          Thomas Edison,born on February 11,1847.Was                        an American inventor and businessman.He developed            many 

 devices that greatly influenced life around the world,    

          including 

         the phonograph, the motion picture camera,and a    

           ‘long-lasting’, practical electric bulb

         In school, the young Edison's mind  often wandered,    

    and his teacher, the Reverend Engle, was overheard calling him

    "addled". This ended Edison's three months of official schooling and dropped out of high school. 

Henry ford

Henry Ford was born July 30, 1863, on a farm in Greenfield Township, Michigan.His father, William Ford (1826–1905), was born in County Cork, Ireland, to a family that was originally from Somerset, England

 He attended High school until the age of fifteen, at which time he developed a dislike of farm life and a fascination for machinery. He had little interest in school and was a poor student. He never learned to spell or to read well.  He instead preferred to work with mechanical objects particularly watches He repaired his first watch when he was thirteen

     Ford devoted his spare time to building an automobile with an internal combustion engine

In 1899 the Detroit Edison Company (in which he was working as a chief engineer)forced Ford to choose between automobiles and his job. Ford chose cars and that year formed the Detroit Automobile Company, which collapsed after he disagreed with his financial backers. His next venture was the unsuccessful Henry Ford Automobile Company. Ford did gain some status through the building of racing cars, which resulted in the "999," driven by the famous Barney Oldfield (1878–1946).

Although Ford did not invent the automobile or the assembly line, he developed and manufactured the first automobile that many middle class Americans could afford. In doing so, Ford converted the automobile from an expensive curiosity into a practical conveyance that would profoundly impact the landscape of the twentieth century. His introduction of the Model T automobile revolutionized transportation and American industry. As owner of the Ford Motor Company, he became one of the richest and best-known people in the world

     Albert einstien

Albert Einstein (born 14 March 1879) was a German-born theoretical physicist. He developed the general theory of relativity, one of the two pillars of modern physics 

Although he was named Time magazines "Man of the Century, Albert Einstein was not an "Einstein" in High school. The Nobel Prize-winning physicist, famous for his theory of relativity and contributions to quantum theory and statistical mechanics, dropped out of high school at age 15. A year later, Einstein took the entrance exam to the prestigious Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in the world, but failed. He returned to high school, got his diploma, and then passed the university's entrance exam on his second attempt.                                                                                      

Walter Elias "Walt" Disney

Walt Disney :Born on December 5,1901 was an American entrepreneur, cartoonist, animator, voice actor and film producer.As a Hollywood business mogul, he and his brother Roy O. Disney co-founded The Walt Disney Company.

            In 1918, while still in high school, future Oscar-winning film producer and theme park pioneer Walt Disney began taking night courses at the World Famous Academy of Fine Arts in Chicago. Disney dropped out of high school at age 16 to join the army, but because he was too young to enlist, he joined the Red Cross with a forged birth certificate instead. Disney was sent to France where he drove an ambulance that was covered from top to bottom with cartoons that eventually became his film characters. After becoming the multimillionaire founder of the 'Walt Disney' Company and winning the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Disney received an honorary high school diploma at age 58.

Ringo Starr

    Richard Starkey born on 7th July 1940, known professionally as Ringo Starr, is an world famous English musician and actor who gained worldwide fame as the drummer for the Beatles.

   At age six Starkey developed appendicitis. Following a routine appendectomy he contracted peritonitis, causing him to fall into a coma that lasted for three days, upon his discharge, his mother allowed him to stay home, causing him to miss school. At age eight, he remained illiterate, with a poor grasp of mathematics. His lack of education contributed to a feeling of alienation at school

Steve Jobs

Steven Paul. "Steve" Jobs , February 24, 1955 ,was an American pioneer of the personal computer revolution of the 1970 (along with engineer, inventor, and Apple Computer co-founder, Steve Wozniak)

As Jobs had difficulty functioning in a traditional classroom and tended to resist authority figures, he frequently misbehaved and was suspended a few times, jobs was often bullied" and gave his parents an ultimatum: they had to either take him out of Crittenden or he would drop out of High school. 

Jim Carrey

Jim Carrey (born January 17, 1962) is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, impressionist, screenwriter, and film producer. Known for his highly energetic slapstick performances, he has been described as one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood.

                      Carrey described his father as a musician who got a regular job to support his children."He added that when his father lost his job,"everything fell apart."Carrey was forced to quit school at 15 to help support the family and took a job as a janitor

Carrey has said that if his career in show business didn't pan out, he'd probably be working today at the Dofasco steel mill in Ontario.Even at a young age, the future star would perform constantly. In High school, his teacher struck a deal with Carrey: if he could sit quietly during class, he could get a few minutes at the end of class to perform for his classmates.

Jones

Catherine Zeta-Jones, born on 25 September 1969, is a Welsh actress.She has received critical acclaim and numerous accolades throughout her career, including one Academy Award, one BAFTA Award, and three Screen Actor Guild Awards

The daughter of a seamstress and factory owner quit High school at age 15 to pursue a stage career in London




Nagraj Manjule 

Nagraj manjule, born on 24th august 1977 is a famous Indian Director, writer and poet of the present time.

 Manjule's childhood and school days was very terrible, he was never interested in school, and was freaking out with his friends, his most of the time was spent in watching movies in cinema halls, Nagraj was badly intoxicated with alcohol, ciggarate, weeds and tobacco right from 4th class. At the end his father brought Nagraj Manjule to his home town, earlier his uncle adopted him and Nagraj used to stay with his uncle till his primary schooling, later his high school started in his home town.

     There Manjule found many friends which were really, he felt are innocent kids and further his urge to take any kind of stimulant vanished just because Nagraj was frightened of getting isolated if his bad habits get exposed and somehow he succeeded in quitting all the bad habits, but still watching movie by bunking school was unable to quit by him, Nagraj Manjule was not very good at school, till the class 10th he was unable to solve simple addition and subtraction maths, Nagraj failed and hence dropped out of High school

             At this time Nagraj manjule moved himself towards reading  he was very much interested in reading, he use  to read any kind of literature, biography, novels all the time and then he came to the conclusion that, for being successful he must study, so he again started schooling, completed 10th, further Nagraj Manjule went to junior college, then graduate in Arts, then masters , at this time Young Manjule was very much inspired by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar (Awarded with Baharat Ratna and also written Indian Constitution after India got Independence), So Nagraj decided to study more, further  he completed masters in mass communication, but still movie was his favourite hobby, Nagraj made his own first short film ‘pistulya’ based on importance of education, which won the national award, hence he gain some confidence and move towards commercial feature film , in the year 2014 Nagraj made his first feature film 'Fandry' based on caste system in India , which also got two national awards for child artist and debut director.

               His talent and knowledge in this Film making provoked him towards his another project and yet this time again, he made a Hat trick of winning national film award for  movie 'Sairat' in the year 2016, this movie is the milestone of Indian Marathi cinema, the only film to cross the figure of 500 million INR (50 crore) and approaching towards 1000 million INR (100 crore).
